User:Curt Sandberg

Curt Sandberg (born Curtis Boyd John Sandberg to Boyd R. Sandberg and Charlotte Patricia Amann in Chicago, Illinos), who currently lives in Anaheim, CA, is retired from Federal Civil Service after 35 years as a General Engineer for the US Navy. He has a B.S. degree in Physics from Cal State College at Los Angeles. He is the progeny of first generation German and Swedish parents, and came to So Cal in 1960 with his mother, sister, and step-father, James Gregory (O'Leary). Curt has been married twice and has three children and two grandchildren, Emma and Pranav. Curt enjoys tennis, bridge, and travel and has been to Europe several times and the Far East twice. He most recently, 2012, traveled to China and Tibet. Curt considers his crowning professional achievements to have occurred while he was the Failure Experience Data Manager of the Government-Industry Data Exchange Program (GIDEP) and the Managing Editor of the GIDEP Quarterly and the Naval Surface Weapons Center, Corona Division, Norconian Reflections newsletter. Curt is a previous member of Mensa.
