Chuck Embry III was born 9/27/63, At St.James Hospital, South Chicago Hts, Il, Father Charles Embry Jr. Mother Mary Shireley Embry, Sibling's, Suzanne Christine Embry, Christopher Lee Embry. At a young age Chuck started playing the drums, His father played the drums as well in a family band with his brothers, Elmer and Don Embry, This is what inspired Chuck to Play. As a child he would listen to the country and blues sounds they would play, many nights he would spend falling asleep in front of the drums being played by his Dad. At age four he was given a practice pad and a pair of sticks and told that if he learned all of the rudiments from Frank Arsenault's 26 Standard American Drum Rudiments Album that he would get a new drum set as his reward. Well at age seven he was given his new Ludwig drum set by his Father. Chuck went on to play in different school functions but never joined any school bands, he never played in Marching Band because he was busy working in the family buisiness so he could earn the money to buy equipment that he wanted.
