Chef Kelly/Black Irish or Gmoney better known as Walter Wayne Kelly is the founder of socialfoodie and was Born in Baltimore,Maryland April 23, 1981. Chef Kelly is a self taught chef with amazing home cooking skills and can make many cuisines across all ethnic and culinary backgrounds. As a kid Chef Kelly was always in the kitchen learning how to cook with his parents and grand parents while other kids were outside playing. Recently Chef Walt Kelly was selected for "Beat The Chefs", on GSN (Game Show Network) and has created a foodie website "[1]", That raises money for food banks and animal shelters while sharing recipes and food adventures across the country.

Chef Kelly recently relocated to the Pacific North West to further his culinary skills in one of the best known food cities in the world. While traveling between Portland,OR and Seattle,WA Chef Kelly has learned different skills at Portland City Grill (http://www.portlandcitygrill.com/), (http://www.amuddycup.com/) along with other locations up and down the Pacific seaboard. Chef Kelly is not traditionally trained, but can stand up to the standards of top culinary chefs. Chef Kelly has won multiple cooking contest and continues to hone his skills to become a well rounded culinary figure.
