Chef Joseph Noujaim (born may 30th 1981 in Jounieh, Lebanon).
Chef Joseph Noujaim left his country in 1995 and then returned to invest his skills and experience as a chef & consultant in Lebanon.
He grew up from a small age in Honduras, Central America, on the basis of the culinary profession, and his family’s work in the food industry had a great impact in his early years and education.
He started working with his family in their Italian restaurant which made him want to make a career out of the industry. Later on, he opened his own restaurant with a wide selection of International & Lebanese dishes.
With more than 17 years of experience, Chef Joseph Noujaim is a creative person with his culinary ideas, creative in his inventions, out stands from his work, and today he is a star in the world of cooking and food creation.
