  • Obituary in a Scottish newspaper
  • DVDs published by L&L
  • A fair bit on http://www.patrickpagemagic.co.uk but I think that's a primary source so I've tried not to use it
  • Comments by Derren Brown and Wayne Dobson. I think that while technically Blogs, they are sufficiently noteworthy. Are they primary sources?
  • Books he has written

Not much else. Quite a lot on the magic forums (but obviously they can't be quoted). From the fora, he had a notoriety, but this hasn't been quoted in the press or a non-commercial setting.
