ALEX PETERSON TALKS WITH US:

Hey what's going on!? Yeah, that's the tagline for abercrombie, where I work. It's awesome actually, the people are amazing there. Anyway, I'm almost 18 (on November 26!!) and can't wait to be out of high school and off to college where I plan to major in journalism/communications and maybe minor in French...I don't know about the minor yet but definitely journalism for the major. I write for my school newspaper as the Managing Editor and also am a staff writer for the yearbook publication. Both are great experiences and a lot of fun too.In my spare time I'm out with friends driving around looking at cars a lot of the time...I've been in love with cars for forever and will always be. Ever since I was little I used to walk through rows of cars and name them. I don't know how I was able to do that I just could...and still do. I breath, eat, sleep cars and can't imagine what life would be like without them to gawk over.I love traveling, I have been to Canada numerous times for fishing trips with my stepdad. I've been to Europe twice (England, Scotland, Wales and France) and plan to go back many times before I die. I drive a Saab and would love to visit Sweden some day as well...and if I have time maybe even Italy!!!I have three dogs, Molly, Maisy and Maggie...the first two are labs and the last one is a mix between a lab and a border collie. Love them to death. They are like my obsession with cars, I couldn't live without them. I will always have a dog in my life, preferably a bigger one that doesn't annoy people and yapp yapp yapp all day long.I spend money like it's going out of style. My favorite thing to do in the winter is actually try to navigate the roads and see if I can make it through. I jam to my iPod which is stuffed full of pretty much the most amazing shit out there. I live in the woods and have grown to hate leaves/trees over the past 11 years. My family is all from Pittsburgh and plan to move back once the kids are all out of high school. My favorite saying is "what are you, 4?". I eat wint o' green mints like Donald Trump marries women...my favorite movie is undecided as I can't just pick one. There are too many that I enjoy. I run track at Central York. I am the hurdler on the team, I do both events. It's awesome, running releases so much stress and anxiety. Plus it keeps you healthy and in shape. I plan on being county/league champion in either hurdle events this coming season...I'll let you all know how it goes:) I hate rain, it makes everything depressing...Obama is better than McCain...Apple computers are legit...I have three pet chickens and 5 fish...I get straight A's (maybe an occasional B)...preppy is the way to go...emo and goth people scare me...so do clowns...pasta and shrimp bang more than a Civil War cannon...I love dances...plans are what traveling is all about...roller coasters=the shiiizzzz...old people are amazing, even tho they can't drive. Alright peace kids, I gotta go take MySpace pictures of myself.
