A bit about me:

  • My name is Cory
  • I was born and currently live in Townsville, which is in North Queensland, Australia
  • My date of birth is 16 January 1985 - which at time of writing this (December 06), makes me 21
  • I play broomball and have either written, or had a major hand in writing, most of the broomball articles on Wikipedia. And I plan to expand the ones currently here and write many more in the future to help publicise the sport. If there any other broomballers out there who'd like to help out, feel free to contact me!
  • I also have an interest in a variety of other things: sports, mainly cricket, football (or soccer to some), rugby league, rugby union, Aussie rules, and professional wrestling; history; geography; linguistics; astronomy; and other various things that catch my fancy from time to time.
  • I have been a member of Wikipedia for...well...I guess probably two years now, but have not done a lot of editing of late. I used to do quite a lot of editing in football and cricket related articles. Depending on time I may occasionally be seen editing these sort of articles.
