Before working for the Enterprise Data and Marketing teams at CSAA and Hagerty, Brett McCullock worked with companies in the fortune 100 and 500 space as a Director of Enterprise Products and filled the roles such as Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, Project Manager, Product Manager, and Client Success Manager specializing in enterprise level engagements, working at the executive level to ensure project and portfolio success and alignment across organizational teams. As a leader in his field, he took a position at Mariner Systems Inc. under Mr. Carlos Collazo and Lindenwood Holdings, LLC. under Mr. Peter Watkins (Ex CIO of MacAfee) to lead product development initiatives consisting of…taking ideas or business vision and turning it into minimal viable companies. This opportunity allowed Brett to gain the knowledge and experience of building companies from the ground up through product development and product marketing. With this unique experience and over 20 years of managing software development projects for increased business value, Brett has proven himself in the technology industry as a successful driven professional with a passion toward developing new technologies. Mr. McCullock holds various recognitions from Villanova University, Master Institute of Technology, University of Phoenix, and University of Arizona where he achieved a 4.0 at the Forbes Business School obtaining his MBA and was considered for the coveted “Villanova Distinguished Professional” designation. He also holds various certifications in Agile / Scrum, Project Management, Business Analysis and ITIL. Brett is Master Certified in Project Management through the AAPM and Master and Advanced Master Certified from Villanova University. In the past 23 years Brett McCullock has assisted in launching 4 successful companies and a handful of unsuccessful companies where he has been a key player in the development, acquisition, and sale of core technologies that have revolutionized how businesses… monitor their infrastructure, protect websites (through detecting malicious behavior), and Market (through a newly pioneered Digital Out of Home marketing channel) in our digital age. Over Mr. McCullock’ s distinguished career, he has provided professional services and guidance to Fortune 500 companies, not limited to Coca-Cola, Dole Foods, Merrill Lynch, AmerisourceBergen, AT&T, MetLife, Cooper Industries, 3Com, Clear Channel Outdoor, Google, and Ernst & Young. He as further worked for and/or partnered with companies as well known as MGC, Mariner System Inc., Layer8 Security, Metilinx, Jetstream Networks, Franklin Templeton Investments, and now Hagerty Insurance.

Brett started work implementing global data centers (points of presence) for global website performance monitoring and mini data centers globally (single cabinet) for higher performing Google Search services. He then moved into Application development for Trade.com and Merrill Lynch. Then, built the first online training application through partnership with Click-to-Learn for CAL OSHA, JPMC, and CISCO and started online learning for University of Phoenix as the first online education platform. He then was picked up to manage product development startups like Expensable, Beaker (AWS Autoscaling software), Layer8 security (Behavior-based Web Application Firewall), MarsysDigital (Digital- out-of-home Marketing) (https://vimeo.com/33042900), Metalinx (server health monitoring), and Jetstream Networks (channel partner MSP services) to name the top acquired revenue netting companies.

More about Brett Brett has been married to his beautiful wife Jennifer McCullock for 26 years in which he has two wonderful kids (a boy and a girl) … one an Eagle Scout going to school at Saint Mary’s for mathematics and the other that enjoys the arts and inventing new concepts. He also has two adorable and playful Labrador dog children… a silver and chocolate. In his free time, he helps one of the largest citizen science nonprofits through a scuba diving effort to restore northern California’s kelp forests. The test site was featured on National Geographic “America the Beautiful” Episode 6. It highlighted the 2.5 acres that have been restored and can now sequester between 1012-3035lbs of carbon per year from our atmosphere… Which is more per acre than an equivalent rain forest
