Born on February 4th, 1971, Behnam (Ben) Gilani is an Iranian filmmaker and screenwriter mainly known for his documentary Riding the Rainbow, Which was nominated for an Award in Abu Dhabi International Film Festival 2012. Aside from that, Gilani has written and directed feature films "Flute"-"Write My Story"-"Square" and "Peggy's Happiness" Gilani has many TV commercials, Infomercials, Educational and corporate films in his portfolio. Gilani's recent works include a Sci-Fi/Thriller screenplay called: Unforeseen Encounters and a War/Drama, a 700-page Four-Volume Epic Novel called: In Parallel to the Euphrates, based on which he has created a Series Bible. A series pilot, based on this project, too, will be soon ready. Ben Gilani's upcoming screenplay would be in the genre of Horror/Thriller.
