Augurar is a Wikipedia reader and editor. He sporadically contributes to miscellaneous articles, usually in response to a perceived need for improvement on a given page. Sometimes he will spend time researching the subject of an article in order to make improvements. If he does not have the time, energy, or expertise necessary to edit a particular article, he will typically leave a template message to encourage other editors to fix or enhance the article. He may also leave a comment on an article's talk page to ask a question or leave a comment related to editing. He sometimes forgets to sign his posts.
Augurar has a bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science, and is also interested in biology, science history, and many other subjects.
The word augurar is a Spanish cognate of the English verb augur, meaning to foretell the future.
