WhodunitQuery is a Windows-based application developed for the English language Wikipedia. With it, the user can load any Wikipedia article, select a certain phrase, and, with one click, it will search through the page's history to determine who added the phrase. I've found it useful for figuring out who added unsigned comments to my talk page, though it certainly has other uses as well. This may one day become a feature in VandalProof, but for now it's just an external tool.
Download
The executable version of this application is available for download from freepository at WhodunitQuery.exe. Note that no proper install is currently available, and if you have not installed VandalProof or any other VB6-based applications, it may not run.
For VB programmers, the source code is also available at Whodunit.zip. Be aware, however, that the source code is poorly documented and a little messy. Feel free to clean it up, improve it, incorporate it into other applications, whatever you want with it!
Alternative Version
Following problems with getting this program to run MarkS has revised the code. This revised version has had very little checking and cannot be guaranteed to work for you. A revised version of the executable can be download from google pages at: WhodunitQuery.exe. The source code and covering notes can be found on google pages.
