Vijay Dixit is a gangster, who is works for underworld Don changez khan. Vijay and Julie love each other, vijay ask for marriage permission from julie's father john D'costa, conflicts creates between vijay and john D'costa, John refuse the marriage proposal for his daughter julie. Julie gets furious and move out of the home and shifted to a haunted flat where she killed by Evil Kirti, things take a dark turn when Julie 's dead body is found and her sister Ana decide to investigate of her sister alleged suicide. A police officer ACP Rajbir that was on the case talks to Ana and she believes julie was murdered . meanwhile Ana lives in the same haunted flat, while taking a bath, Ana gets a cryptic warning from julie to leave the flat and never come back. Vijay and Ana meets to professor Thomas who is the one of the best professor at Virginia paranormal society, professor Thomas gets ready for help them. Vijay, Ana, Rajbir and professor Thomas moving into the same flat and unintentionally ignoring julie's warning, kirti soon arrives and kills professor Thomas by throwing him out the window. Horrified, Ana tries to escape the flat to avoiding kirti who is trying to kill her. However Ana catches dolly and security guard bhuteshwar, finally both reveals the truth to Ana about her sister julie's murder, police arrives and kirti disappears, mumbai high court gives the order to ACP Rajbir for sealing the said haunted flat. As the sunrises, kirti is last seen sitting on the same window where she suicides.
