Template:Test-mode notice

This is the {{test-mode notice}} template.
It can be put at the top of the documentation of templates that are using {{test-mode}}. It takes no parameters.
This template has several purposes:
- It provides a link to {{test-mode}} so people can read up on what test-mode is.
- It cautions those that are going to edit the template. Templates that use {{test-mode}} contains the same code twice or more (the normal version and the test versions). And that can probably be confusing for those that don't know what {{test-mode}} does.
- It informs those that have been asked to test a template, it kind of tells them "yes, this is the template that is being tested". And those users might need the link to {{test-mode}} so they can learn how to enter test-mode.
