Talk:Sam Spade (software)

Why I created this stub

I created this stub because there was a redlink in the Sam Spade article, and as I happen to have a copy of the Sam Spade tool (version 1.14) which I still use occasionally. DFH 20:11, 12 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

New version or suggested replacement?

Having just reinstalled Windows -- and Sam Spade, of course -- I'm wondering if there are any suitable replacements for Sam Spade, considering it's now ten years old. I did do some research a couple of years ago (the last time I reinstalled Windows) and didn't find anything suitable.

Anyone have any suggestions for something more modern that fills Sam Spade's big shoes?
