Talk:SS Sea Scamp

Article title

USAT is a prefix for United States Army Transport but no evidence has been presented that this ship ever served in that capacity; nor can I find any. It's claimed that the ship also did service with the US Navy but there is no DANFS listing for a US Navy ship named Sea Scamp. I also checked attack transports by hull number and there were no attack transports named Sea Scamp. The only valid reference given is the shipbldg history page which does not give any evidence that this ship ever did military service. The template {{Type C3-S-A2 ships}}, of which this ship is a class of, has an entry for SS Sea Scamp. Based on all this I'm moving the article to that name.
