Is it correct to have the image associated with this article say "necrosis" when pyknosis is in apoptosis?

Pyknotic objects as related to mathematics
I removed a sentence (and split template) referring to pyknotic objects, which I judge to be irrelevant to the article. The term seems to be highly niche and likely won't lead to any confusion. If the terms can be reasonably confused (i.e. see common usage as established by tertiary references) the note can be added again, but a split should originate from an appropriate mathematics article rather than a biology article. ― Synpath 18:55, 30 March 2023 (UTC)
