Talk:Progressive Electronic
Valid genre, bad article title
I do agree with the speedy deletion since it's due to a copyvio, but FWIW, "progressive" is a legitimate meta-genre encompassing the mutually influential progressive house (c. 1991 on), progressive breaks (c. 1995 on), and progressive trance (c. 1994 on) genres and their evolved forms. People began using the term "progressive" as a general genre name, rather than as a qualifier for one of house/breaks/trance, in the late 1990s. Perhaps "Progressive Electronic" isn't the best name for the article, but there probably could be an article for it nonetheless. I'm willing to work this info into a stub if you want. — mjb 00:14, 18 October 2005 (UTC)
