Talk:Probabilistic logic network

Notability

The book only has 6 citations in google scholar so far. Perhaps it's too early to judge it by that, but perhaps some of the preceding papers have more? They should be added to the refs in that case. Pcap ping 19:08, 29 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Earlier books by B Goertzel have more citations; earlier books develop earlier variations of the same thesis. Google scholar lists 9 books by him; 8 appear to be on this topic, dating back to 1993. Most of the books seem to have a variety of co-authors. There are also many papers, I did not attempt to count those. PLN appears to be a part of the robotics and AI curriculum at several universities, based on student participation on the mailing lists. Its been a part of google-summer-of-code 4 or 5 years running... seems notable enough to me. linas (talk) 04:27, 3 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
As far as I can tell this article is not about the book.

also covers the topic. The fact Goertzel et al used the phrase their program does not make the article "theirs". Johnjbarton (talk) 15:37, 27 March 2026 (UTC)[reply]
That book does not cover the topic of this article. Stepwise Continuous Dysfunction (talk) 02:29, 11 April 2026 (UTC)[reply]
