Talk:Outside Xbox

Channel lineup

Since Luke has departed, the current verbiage is "The group also has a sister channel, Outside Xtra, or Oxtra, consisting of Ellen Rose." I'm not sure if that phrasing is grammatically incorrect, but at the very least, it feels like something in need of re-wording. Not sure what best practices would be here, so I'll throw it to the group.

Description of Delacy

The current version of the article describes Delacy, Westaway's character in Oxventure: Deadlands, as a "femboy". It's my understanding that that term is generally used to describe adults, and Delacy is 13. I also don't recall anything in the series describing Delacy as particularly feminine or gender non-conforming. I think someone could have misheard the term "farm boy", which Delacy certainly is given that a) he wears overalls and a wide brim straw hat, which are archetypal farming clothes and b) he mentions "back on the farm" a few times throughout the series when talking about his life. I think "femboy" should be changed to "farm boy". I didn't want to make the change without checking to see if others knew something I didn't, though. I just had a look through the revision history and it appears this was probable vandalism (05:50, 2 January 2025 2600:1700:4c60:1a90:79a2:c72a:e7ec:bb13), which I have now reverted, as I agree with your conclusions

Teens in Space

I just updated the 'One Shots' table with the most recent Oxventure One-Shots, excluding Teens in space. I didn't know whether it should be included in 'One-Shots' as it was a four episode series, but equally I don't know where else to log it. I noticed that the two-episode amnesia one was included, but four episodes seems a bit much. What do people suggest? PurpleHedgehog4 (talk) 16:59, 3 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Oxventure

The 'Oxventure' section of this article is easily the largest part of the article, despite the article being focused on OutsideXbox, which is now a different youtube channel and includes members not part of OutsideXbox (eg. Luke and Johnny), even if it is part of the umbrella brand. Should 'Oxventure' have its own page such that this page can be dedicated to the main two channels? Prehaps with the list of Oxventure episodes getting so long, it might make sense to have a seperate article eg. 'List of Oxventure Episodes' which could be linked to? It seems to me like there must be a better way of conveying this information. PurpleHedgehog4 (talk) 17:11, 3 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
