"official southern terminus"

   I wrote

(Thatford Avenue has its official southern terminus at its intersection with Hegeman.)

bcz of the confusion i experienced in interpreting the sources. I can't be sure they haven't kept what was Th. Ave. as an access way or driveway between the p-grnd & what looks like maybe a school to its west. But giving the park a Th. Ave address sure seems to indicate that the street used to go another block south, or at least be a dead-end portion of Th. Ave. Call me vague if you like -- i meant by "official [end]" that i presume no one would make the mistake of continuing S on Thatford; rewording would be a friendly edit.
