Greek name?

The greek name of the city certainly isn't Okêlis in latin letters. Assuming that ^ aims to represent the tonos (the stressed sillable), it could be Οκέλις or unlikely Ωκέλις, maybe also Οκέλλες, which should be latinized Okélles though.
