Removal of COI template?
While this article was being reviewed at AfC, a {{COI}} template was added by User:Gbawden. As no comments were shared by them about specific issues in the article, I'm guessing this may have been to flag to reviewers that it was written by someone who had a COI (my former colleague, User:Heatherer had written and submitted the draft on behalf of Citrix). Both Heather and myself made edits to the draft in response to comments from reviewing editors who initially declined (for notability), and the draft has now been taken live. I'm curious as to whether there's anything that needs to be addressed in the article or if the COI template can now be removed? Pinging Winged Blades of Godric and User:Eddie891 as they both reviewed the article at AfC. Just for full transparency: I have a financial COI as I am here on behalf of Citrix as part of my work at Beutler Ink. Thanks in advance, 16912 Rhiannon (Talk · COI) 18:51, 8 September 2017 (UTC)

Request to revert edit to infobox
| This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered. |
Hello editors. I'm here as part of my work for Beutler Ink, on behalf of our client, Cloud Software Group. On June 27, an anonymous editor changed the parent company in the Infobox from "Cloud Software Group" to "Citrix". This is incorrect. While Citrix was the parent company, when it was acquired last year, NetScaler became a separate business unit of Cloud Software Group. Here is a source to confirm. Would someone mind changing the Parent field in the Infobox back to Cloud Software Group? Thanks! Inkian Jason (talk) 20:56, 28 June 2023 (UTC)

Security problems with the product
This probably should go into the article, but I'm not sure how to cite it properly: https://medium.com/doublepulsar/citrix-forgot-to-tell-you-cve-2025-6543-has-been-used-as-a-zero-day-since-may-2025-d76574e2dd2c --Sigmundur (talk) 10:01, 5 November 2025 (UTC)
