"Leading" bank without a banking license?
The Master Bank is described with terms like "consistently highly ranked", "world class level", "leading position" and similar marketing hype. At the same time it is noted that the banking license for the Master Bank in Russia has been revoked. This is a strange combination that should be resolved or commented upon. - There was a lot of unsourced promotional material in the article. I've cleaned it out. - SummerPhD (talk) 00:32, 23 April 2014 (UTC)
