Talk:Main Ground Combat System

EMBT

The MGCS and the EMBT are completely unrelated, including the latter in this article doesn't make a lot of sense. -EndlessUnknown (talk) 14:08, 22 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I second this. The Leclerc turrent on a Leopard hull was obviously merely a PR stunt to promote the joined venture of KNDS, I strongly doubt that it was actually working. The MGCS on the other hand is a completely new system from scratch, and no actual prototype sketches or any data (like a weight range) have been published so far. Even the basic and quite probable assumption that it will be an armoured tracked vehicle and not a swarm of expendable drones is just that, an assumption.--91.41.42.111 (talk) 01:34, 13 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
@Blockhouse321: thanks for reverting, the French and German article have it on MGCS, we know what the project is about. Guidod (talk) 23:09, 8 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Exclusion of Poland from notes

Too much notes about Poland being interested in the project, but zero of this is based on Polish media sources or government actions/notes/speeches.

None of the references including Poland are even about a reported interest of Poland in participating, except by "Bulgarianmilitary.com", which quotes Die Welt that in their opinion Poland 'would gladly take part in the project'.

Poland should be excluded from the article unless real references are brought that it was ever interested in the first place. 82.19.153.78 (talk) 04:13, 25 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
