This is clearly a promotional advertisement.

It contains no information about background, education or other personal details apart from that two singles and a YouTube channel.

It is not an advertisement. It is written from a neutral point of view and cites enough reliable sources, and the subject meets WP:SINGER. If any reliable sources detailing background, education etc. can be found, then it would be appropriate to add a corresponding section. Before going any further, I should lay may cards on the table and say that I am a Kunts fan. I know there have been many edits to this article recently regarding LadBaby, re the video of him with that woman at the bar etc. If there is a reliable source, such information should be added, as well as the question about how much money from his singles has gone to charity.

Ok, but again, what does that have to do with WP:NPOV? New information not being included in the article doesn't mean it's not neutral. Well, maybe NPOV is not the best tag to use, and I think it would be best to get a senior editor involved to make sure everything is neutral.
