A self help book cowritten by an actor/comedian isn't a reliable source for this topic. See Families and how to survive them. It's a self-help book co-written by actor/comedian John Cleese. Robin Skynner is a well-known and prominent psychiatrist and pioneer in the field. The fact that he brought a comedian on board as a co-writer to make the content less dry says nothing about the integrity of the information.173.9.217.237 (talk) 23:31, 8 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
