Talk:Hunt process

Every Hunt process can be obtained from an Ito process by a time shift. Citation? Exact statement?

Improving the article

In my opinion there are two ways in which this article could be significantly improved:

  • More information about the decade(ish) that Hunt processes were actually being studied by probabilists: who? (I guess Getoor, P-A Meyer, and many others) and what were they proving?
  • Some properties of Hunt processes, particularly those that require quasi-left continuity and so don't hold for right processes. Things like Proposition I.9.3 of Blumenthal and Getoor (1968), that at any finite time the entire path of a Hunt process is almost surely contained in a compact set.
