This article was not created for promotional or advertising purposes. I wasn't able to defend its last deletion for being too busy. However, I think the article had met Wikipedia's guidelines. If the tone of writing is somewhat promotional, everyone has the access to change it. If Facebook was written in a promotional or advertising tone, will you delete it? No, because it's notable. Wikipedia articles should be written from a neutral point of view WP:NPOV, furthermore they should be encyclopedic , ie they must reflect the good and the bad. The Facebook article does that. Also I don't the the comparison between Facebook and hassle.com is valid. see WP:NCORP. I think in this case the original author of the article should take care to to rewrite it to conform with Wikipedia's standards and not expect other people to do so. As the reviewer who accepted this at WP:AFC I have declined the speedy deletion nomination. I believe it has sufficient merit to survive speedy deletion. If you feel strongly about it please use the WP:AFD route. I expect it to survive a deletion discussion, though I do agree that it still needs some work on the copywriting. But AfD is not cleanup.
