There are no innocent civilians in war

Sure it's a totally revolting quote (Redacted), but he did make that statement numerous times that there are no innocent civilians in war and that every body was somehow connected to the war effort. They've just been taken down at the original site. Fortunately, we archived them on Commons. Added link to archive site.

Is it worth mentioning he isn't related to Spiro Agnew?
