Talk:Google Global Cache

Expanding the "Regional availability and restrictions" section

This section only covers Russia right now and has had an expand tag since February 2026. Wondering if anyone has good sources for other regions - the obvious gap is that the Deployment section already mentions European and South American networks from the 2013 DeepField data, but that doesn't get picked up here. India seems worth a mention too given how much GGC-related peering discussion there's been around YouTube traffic there.

The tricky part is finding sources that actually say "Google Global Cache" rather than just talking about Google's CDN or edge network in general. If anyone has run across anything, would be good to know. I've also flagged this with a mentor. Leo882 (talk) 22:51, 5 April 2026 (UTC)[reply]
