Talk:Cotality

Recent changes

I examined the references for this article and discovered that many of them were faulty and did not back up what was in the article, so I also challenged and removed the information, which looks like it was written by public relations people for this organization. There were some dead links, which I also marked. The article claims that it serves 40,000 customers, so that claim rules out a WP:Speedy deletion. Nevertheless, the rest of the article does not demonstrate that this business is WP:Notable in any way, so I will propose that it be deleted after discussion. Thank you. I added a good source for the revenue, and even added a photo of their HQ building from the highway. I notice the deletion discussion was closed as keep but I'm still going to see what history and additional product info I can add to make this a better article.Timtempleton (talk) 19:23, 9 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Removing NYSE:CLGX

Should “Traded as NYSE:CLGX” be removed because it is no longer a private company? — Preceding unsigned comment added by GameOfAwesome (talkcontribs) 18:37, 23 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@GameOfAwesome: Good catch - I removed it. Coincidentally, I read about their acquisition and just created an article draft about their new owner, Stone Point Capital. SPC was salted years ago for not being notable and being repeatedly recreated, so I'm waiting for the draft to be approved and moved to mainspace. Draft:Stone Point Capital. CoreLogic has rebranded to Cotality

I work for this company (CoreLogic, Inc. d/b/a Cotality) and am interested having in a more up-to-date wikipedia entry. That said, I completely respect the rules and culture of this site and supporting neutrality and transparency. If there is anyone out there that would like to work with me on some proposed changes, I would be happy to assist. www.cotality.com 170.85.7.14 (talk) 21:47, 22 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I looked up Cotality on Wikipedia, and there's nothing on it. If not for a news article pointing out the brand rename, I'd never have known that Cotality is CoreLogic. It makes this Wikipedia grossly out of date! 121.45.157.251 (talk) — Preceding undated comment added 02:47, 23 August 2025 (UTC)[reply]
