Talk:Core Performance Center

June 2009

Having an entry for Core Performance Center is consistent with other gyms such as LA Fitness, Gold's Gym, Planet Fitness, etc. I'm just getting a page started for future edits and is just a stub. They were also mentioned in this month's (July, 2009) [Wired] magazine. --Silladelphia (talk) 02:21, 20 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If non-notable then maybe this content can go on the Athletes' Performance page? --Silladelphia (talk) 02:31, 20 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Uncertain that the single article establishes notability. Even though this is an outgrowth of a business that already has an article, the other gyms you mentioned are all well-known franchises; so far this has one location, and that was established only last year. Found a link to a Forbes.com article that mentions that they have "plans to roll out 125 sites over the next five years in 25 key metropolitan areas". Is A Custom Gym Membership For You? - Forbes --Silladelphia (talk) 02:56, 20 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Add it into the references. I'm not clear that a plan to open 125 sites establishes notability, but it doesn't hurt. JNW (talk) 03:02, 20 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]
