I have started this article as I felt the principle of Community preference Needed it’s own article as there very little information on the subject on the internet yet it’s a very important part of the European Union. (MOTORAL1987 (talk) 16:38, 25 August 2020 (UTC))
The source cited said: “However, in a 1994 ruling, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) confirmed that Community preference was not a principle of Community law (Greece v Council, Case C-353/92) and Article 44 was subsequently repealed by the 1997 Amsterdam Treaty.” Kaihsu (talk) 05:31, 27 September 2020 (UTC)
