Columnar epithelial cellEpithelial cellsEpithelial cells – There are three types of epithelial cell with much duplication between pages and not a lot of specific content on any of them - would be a lot easier to have them on one page and easier to link to. Could also give a home to ciliated cell and secretory cell. Also it would allow room for expansion to include adhesion belts and more Iztwoz (talk) 18:50, 16 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This is in fact a merge request since there are two other aricles that the nominator wants moved to the proposed target.--50.101.240.240 (talk) 01:51, 17 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
However 50.101.240.240 the target page needs to be available first.--Iztwoz (talk) 09:16, 17 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
This is a merge request to merge Columnar epithelial cell, Cuboidal epithelial cell, and Squamous epithelial cell. (see their talks) RM should not be the venue for this. — Andy W. (talk ·ctb) 21:04, 19 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Iztwoz No comments for or against the merge, but if merged, the target should be "Epithelial cell" per WP:PLURAL. — Andy W. (talk ·ctb) 21:14, 19 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
    • Thanks  Andy W. decided to go for earlier thought of merging them to the Epithelium page - re your comment on use of plurals this is acceptable for items that have several types such as Scalene muscles, Fordyce spots, Dorsal digital veins and so on. I shall go ahead and change merge proposal, I'll wait to see if you need to strike this one - thanks again --Iztwoz (talk) 09:03, 20 August 2016 (UTC) I[reply]

Thank you Andy
