- Hello! The reason I tagged the page was due to the fact that notability is not asserted, but all these things probably would meet the corporate notability guidelines. Are there any sources which can confirm these? If you need assistance getting them put into the article, I'd be happy to help. I'll remove the speedy tag for now as you have made an assertion. - Hi! "Significance" is a good criteria and is good for the page. I added the section to the main page, along with some links. If the COIN-OR page stays up, I'll ask people to add more sources/confirmation. Note - There are 2 COIN-OR projects (COIN-OR CLP and COIN-OR SYMPHONY) with established wikipedia pages. I added this page in part to fill in their background becuase their editor was complaining.RLougeeH 20:58, 4 January 2007 (UTC)RLougeeH.
Merger?
As discussed on Talk:COIN-OR SYMPHONY I think the COIN-OR, COIN-OR CLP, and COIN-OR SYMPHONY articles would be best served by being merged into one (under COIN-OR). This gives editors one place to work on expanding content and references, and we can always split them back out if the respective sections get nice and big. For logistical reasons, let's centralize discussion of the merger on Talk:COIN-OR SYMPHONY. --tiny plastic Grey Knight ⊖ 12:15, 26 July 2007 (UTC)
