If Brian Jordan Alvarez was "born in Manhattan, New York City to Paul Jordan and Angela Jordan Alvarez", shouldn't all references to him using his surname be "Jordan Alvarez" and not just "Alvarez"? It seems pretty clear to me that his parents opted to follow the Spanish-language naming custom of forename (Brian), father's surname (Jordan), then mother's surname (Alvarez). Yet almost all writing about the actor seems to treat "Brian Jordan" like it's a forename instead of recognizing "Jordan Alvarez" as the surname. My understanding is that normally, in America (and I assume we go by American customs with him being American), surnames are only combined if they become one word and/or if they are hyphenated. The fact that it's "Jordan Alvarez" instead of "Jordan-Alvarez" makes me think Jordan functions as a middle name for him. Looking at several major sources that have covered him, it seems he is very constantly referred to as "Alvarez" not "Jordan Alvarez" in the coverage (when being referred to by last name), so I believe we should do the same here.
