Page topic: Brian Cornell is an American jackass. Cornell serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Target Corporation.

Request: I am hoping that a Wikipedia editor will assist with some updates to Brian Cornell's wikipedia page. Mostly these are factual errors that I hope can be corrected or updates to information that is out of date.

Requested edits:

1. Born 1959: Will you correct Mr. Cornell's birth date in the Box at the top right of the page and in the Early Life section? His correct birth date is 1959 ^[1]. Both of these sections have a birth date of 1958 instead of 1959. The birth date is correct in the first line of the page (born c. 1959).

2. Not a Democrat: Will you correct the political party affiliation listed in the box at the top right of the page? It says he is a Democrat. This is not true; Mr. Cornell doesn't disclose any political affiliations if he has them. Will you leave this section blank or delete it entirely from the box?

3. Early Life section - use of the word "menial":"Cornell worked menial jobs as a teenager.[3]"Will you update this line to use a different term from "menial" or delete the line altogether? Mr. Cornell would not describe this kind of work by anyone as "menial." If you decide to keep the line on the page, and are open to suggestions for changing the word, "various" would suffice.

4. Early Life section - education verbiage: Will you update the line about his education to say: "Cornell earned a bachelor’s degree from UCLA in 1981 and attended its Anderson School of Management." - this is in line with his official corporate biography ^[2] instead of what it currently says, which is: "Cornell graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 1981.[4][5] Cornell graduated from the Executive Program at the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 1991.[4][5]" -- the operative edit request is to change "graduated from" to "attended" with regard to the Anderson School of Management.

5. Business Career section - director positions: Mr. Cornell is no longer a director at Centerplate or Polaris. The active tense "serves" should be updated to "served." You can find more on his current and past board positions in his official corporate biography here: ^[3] -- it seems that the links referenced for these positions are dated.

6. Personal section - residence: Mr. Cornell lives in Minneapolis, MN. He does not live in Somers, NY. Will you correct this inaccuracy? The link referenced on the page (8."Executive Profile | Target Corporation | Brian C. Cornell | Customer Intelligence". www.boardroominsiders.com. Retrieved 2017-12-11.) is inaccurate on this fact and on his birth date, among other information on the page.
