Much as other places on the Internet I've found, this Wikipedia article doesn't seem to provide any concrete examples of activities performed to accomplish brain training / retraining. Without that, it's very difficult to know what we're actually talking about. Are these trade secrets? If not, I would advise adding several examples and explaining the purpose of each. I would be curious to see if any do work. Have any studies of any techniques been shown to be effective, or are they all unequivocally useless? I'm not sure this has been completely researched enough to consider it a closed consideration. Itsallinthedetails (talk) 04:03, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Although there is some evidence against brain training in a general sense, that doesn't constitute all brain training on specific tasks as being ineffective. I would be curious to know more about the social interaction aspect of brain training. What exactly do they constitute as social interaction? Does this include social media interaction, negative interactions, or simply face-to-face and positive interactions? Summerkober (talk) 18:57, 25 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
