Basilisk for Android - License Change

On August 14, 2021 (UTC +8), The license of the basilisk for android got missing for several minutes, then a new license appears.

Are you hapy with the new license. For me, of course yes.

Rewrote the Article

This article previously existed but it was pretty much only sourced to primary sources and as such was voted to be merged with Pale Moon in 2021. It's been 3 years and as the browser has gotten actual coverage, I have rewritten the article using reliable, secondary sources. I did not use prior content except for the infobox.
