The following sources report the height till top of spire to be around 273m.

• https://skyscraperpage.com/b85567/karachi/bahria-icon-tower – generally reliable. Typically the gold standard for height data, as per WP:SKY. However, the source of data is not disclosed.

• https://www.skyscrapercenter.com/building/bahria-town-icon/11163 – generally reliable. However, it uses the next link as source, which might make this an unreliable figure.

• https://bticon.com – mentions 895ft (=273ft) but does not specify till where this is measured. Potential risk of WP:SELFPUB?

The following sources (used as citations in the article) claim a height of 300m.

• https://bahriatown.com/bahria-town-icon/ – mentions “…Pakistan Joins the Distinguished 300+ meters Club.” Vague statement with no definite height figure. Does not specify from/till where this is measured. Potential risk of WP:SELFPUB?

• https://www.india.com/news/world/the-highest-building-of-pakistan-is-bahria-icon-tower-located-in-karachi-no-match-to-burj-khalifa-in-dubai-7797783/amp/ – churnalism article which states “… length of the tower is around 300 meters…”. No definite height figure given (“around 300m”). Likely pulled from the above marketing material.

I have shared these links as some initial research, based on the existing citations on this page. If other contributors find better WP:RS sources over time, that would be appreciated. The objective of starting this topic is not to pick a fight. The goal is simply to start a conversation which will, hopefully, over time and through the use of a WP:RS, establish what the height of this building is.
