Proposed update to overview section regarding March 2026 layoffs

Hello everyone,

I'd like to propose a concise update to the overview section regarding the March 2026 layoffs. The current text ends somewhat abruptly. I suggest we weave in a bit more context from the CEO's official letter to better reflect the company's stated reasoning and sentiment regarding their restructuring and AI focus. IMO, it totally confirms the initial sources' claims while also admonishing the fact that these are not exactly new waters for this specific SaaS business or really that much of an industry "pivot" per se.

Current text: "In March 2026, Atlassian announced that it would lay off around 10% of its workforce to pivot into artificial intelligence and enterprise sales.[42]"

Proposed text: "In March 2026, Atlassian laid off approximately 10% of its workforce. [42] CEO Mike Cannon-Brookes described the move as a necessary adaptation to reshape the company's skill mix and self-fund investments in AI and enterprise sales.[1]"

Let me know if there are any objections or tweaks you'd recommend before I make this update to the live page.
