Paros Jet is a ferry belonging to the Greek shipping company Seajets. It is the second of a series of three sister units, and was launched on 3 February 1995 at the INMA shipyards in La Spezia with the name of Corsica Express II and delivered on 1 July 1996 to Corsica Ferries - Sardinia Ferries.

The ferry, the second of a series of three sister units, was launched on 3 February 1995 at the INMA shipyards in La Spezia with the name of Corsica Express II and delivered on 1 July 1996 to Corsica Ferries - Sardinia Ferries, for which it began service in the same month on the routes between Nice, Calvi and Bastia.^[1]

In 1997 it was then renamed Corsica Express Seconda, transferred to the Italian flag, and introduced on the routes between Genoa and Bastia. In 1998, with the move of the shipping headquarters from Genoa to Vado Ligure, the Italian port was transferred. In the following years, it was also occasionally used on the routes between Livorno, Golfo Aranci, Piombino and Civitavecchia and between Livorno and Bastia.

In 2010, with the increase in fuel prices, the ferry was decommissioned in Vado Ligure together with the twins Sardinia Express and Corsica Express Three. In the summer of 2012, with the reopening of Elba Ferries after 14 years, it returned to service on the connections between Piombino and Portoferraio. In the summer of 2013 it operated on the routes between Piombino, Portoferraio and Bastia.^[2]

At the end of the summer season it was laid up in Vado Ligure and put up for sale, being replaced on the route by the Corsica Express Three. In May 2015, after two years waiting for buyers, the ferry was purchased by the Greek Seajets, by which it was renamed Paros Jet ^[3]and introduced on the routes between Rafina, Naxos, Mykonos and Tinos.^[4]

On 31 August 2018, the ferry was chartered to Anek Lines and used throughout the month of September on the routes between Piraeus and Heraklion, replacing El.Venizelos, which was stopped for repairs following a fire on board.^[5]

Since 2022, the ship has been laid up on the Ampelakia shipyards in Salamis. Its last voyage was in the Thessaloniki - Sporades route in 2021.
