Laura Kim

Laura Kim is a fashion designer and co-founder of the Lower Manhattan-based luxury fashion label MONSE.[1] She is the co-founder of Monse and co-creative director at Oscar de la Renta since 2017.[2][3][4] She worked at Oscar de la Renta over two decades.[2] In 2024, she launched a home collection with Crate & Barrel.[5] She is a founding member of the House of Slay.[6]

Kim was born in Seoul, South Korea.[2] She earned a bachelor of fine arts degree from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn.[7][1]
