Karl Seebach

Karl Seebach

Karl Seebach (28 June 1912 in Munich – 18 July 2007 in Munich) was a German mathematician.

Seebach earned his doctorate at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU Munich) under Heinrich Tietze and Arnold Sommerfeld, in 1938.[1] From 1977 to 1981, he held the Chair for Didactics of Mathematics at LMU Munich.[2]

Seebach was the author of many mathematics textbooks for the Gymnasium.[3]
