Gajullanka is a village in Bapatla district of the state Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is located Kollur mandal of Tenali revenue division.[2]

Geography

Gajullanka is situated on the banks of Krishna River and to the northeast of the mandal headquarters, Kolluru,[4] at 16°11′05″N 80°47′46″E / 16.18472°N 80.79611°E / 16.18472; 80.79611. It is spread over an area of 881 ha (2,180 acres).[2]

Government and politics

Gajullanka gram panchayat is the local self-government of the village.[1] It is divided into wards and each ward is represented by a ward member.[5] The village forms a part of Andhra Pradesh Capital Region and is under the jurisdiction of APCRDA.[6]

Education

As per the school information report for the academic year 2018–19, the village has a total of 3 MPP schools.[7]
