Background

Following the commercial success of the album Sans rêve, DTF promoted the track Elle a during the summer of 2017. The song fits into a contemporary French hip hop aesthetic characterized by the extensive use of autotune and melodic, catchy choruses[3].

Music video

The official music video was released on 28 July 2017 and has since accumulated over 10 million views on YouTube.[4][1]

The music video depicts the two members of the duo alternating between scenes filmed at the foot of apartment buildings and sequences set in wealthier neighborhoods.
