Xiting is a Swiss-founded information technology company that specializes in security solutions and consulting for software made by SAP. Founded in 2008, the company develops software products and provides services in the areas of SAP authorization management, identity and access management (IAM), governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC), and cybersecurity monitoring.[1] Xiting is an SAP partner and describes itself as a provider of "simplified" SAP security. As of 2026 it operates from six locations worldwide and reports serving more than 650 customers.[1][2]
Overview
Xiting focuses on the security of SAP landscapes, both on-premise and in the cloud. Its work centers on helping organizations design, automate and monitor the authorizations and access controls that govern who can perform which actions within SAP systems. The company combines proprietary software with consulting services, and its two principal software products—the Xiting Authorizations Management Suite and Xiting Central Workflows—are certified for integration with SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Cloud.[1][2]
History
Xiting was founded on 1 June 2008 in Switzerland by a group of experienced SAP consultants. The company expanded internationally over the following decade, establishing a German entity in 2012, a United Kingdom entity in 2013, a United States entity in 2016, and a Romanian entity in 2018.[2]
In 2020 its Xiting Authorizations Management Suite (XAMS) received SAP certification for integration with SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Extended Edition. From 2023 onward both XAMS and Xiting Central Workflows (XCW) carried SAP certification.[2][3] Also in 2020, Xiting entered a strategic partnership in the DACH region with the IT services provider Syntax, making XAMS available to Syntax customers.[4]
In April 2025 the company launched the Xiting Security Platform (XSP), a cloud-based SAP security product built on the SAP Business Technology Platform.[5]
By the mid-2020s Xiting employed around 140 people across its global offices and supported several hundred national and international clients.[2]
Products
Xiting markets a portfolio of software products built around SAP security:[1]
- Xiting Authorizations Management Suite (XAMS) — the company's flagship product, designed to support SAP authorization projects by automating time-consuming tasks, improving compliance, and reducing the risk of errors. It is SAP-certified for integration with SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- Xiting Central Workflows (XCW) — a tool for the centralized execution of user provisioning and management processes in hybrid landscapes, with integrations for segregation-of-duties (SoD) and critical-risk analysis.
- Xiting Security Platform (XSP) — a cloud-based solution for managing SAP and non-SAP applications, intended to analyze risks, manage user identities, and carry out rule-compliant access provisioning.
- Xiting Content Portal — a service providing security-related content for SAP, such as rulesets, SIEM security patterns, and SAP Security Notes.
- Xiting Falcora — an AI-driven security operations center (SOC) and SOAR solution built specifically for SAP security operations, designed to integrate with existing SIEM and SOC environments.
Services
In addition to its software, Xiting offers consulting services grouped into four areas: authorization management (including license analysis in SAP S/4HANA, accelerated S/4HANA migration, SAP Fiori administration, and test simulation of roles and authorizations); identity and access management (including SAP user management and workflows, single sign-on, and SAP Business Technology Platform security); cybersecurity and security monitoring (including real-time SAP security monitoring, vulnerability and compliance monitoring, and AI-driven security operations); and governance, risk and compliance (including emergency access management, cross-system risk analysis and segregation of duties, and identity consolidation).[1]
Leadership
As of 2026, Xiting's management team includes Patrick Bockel as Chairman of the Board, Hendrik Heyn as CEO Global/Germany, Martin Trachsel as CFO Global and CEO Switzerland, Alessandro Banzer as CEO USA, and Mátyás Pattantyus as CEO Romania.[2]
Recognition and partnerships
Xiting is a registered SAP partner; its profile is listed in the SAP Partner Finder directory.[6] The company has been described over time at different SAP partner tiers—as an SAP Gold Partner in 2025 and as an SAP Silver Partner on its own 2026 website, reflecting changes to SAP's partner programme.[5][1] Its XAMS and XCW software products are certified by SAP for integration with SAP S/4HANA and SAP S/4HANA Cloud, and the Xiting Authorizations Management Suite Extended Edition is listed as a partner solution on SAP's website.[2][3]
Clients
Xiting reports serving more than 650 customers worldwide. Companies that the firm lists as references include Migros, Audi, Boehringer Ingelheim, Krombacher, Stihl, Storopack, MediaMarktSaturn, Coop, Evonik, and Siemens.[1]
