Vincent Whitman was an animator who wrote and directed animated American films from 1912 to 1915. He made animations for Lyman H. Howe (Lyman H. Howe's Travel Festival Co.) of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He made the cartoon film "A One Reel Feature" for Lubin.[1]

He was born in Lyons, New York.
