Tosnos is a 2026 upcoming Bangladeshi film currently in production in 2025, scheduled for release in 2026. The film is directed by Bangladesh's renowned filmmaker Badiul Alam Khokon. It is being produced under the banner of Munna Khan Multimedia,[1] featuring the new face actor Munna Khan from the Bangladeshi film industry. The lead roles in the film will be played by newcomer Munna Khan and Eamin Haque Bobby.[2] Actress Bobby will be seen in a dual role[3] in this film.[4]

This movie will probably be released on Eid al-Adha in 2026.

Naming and informational Confusion

A film with the same title, Tosnos, Tochnoch (তছনছ), was released in 2002, directed by Rokibul Alam Rokib and starring Masum Parvez Rubel,[9] Shahnaz, and Babul Khan.[10] In recent years (2024–2025), certain digital platforms and YouTube channels have misattributed the 2002 film to director Badiul Alam Khokon due to title similarities.[11]

However, it is officially confirmed that the 2002 production is a distinct entity from the upcoming 2026 film. The current project, produced by Munna Khan and directed by Badiul Alam Khokon, is an entirely new production with no narrative or production links to the earlier film.

Release

The official teaser of Malibagh Hosaf tower's Rajbari Cuisine was released on 18 December 2025, on the occasion of the birthday of Munna Khan, the producer of the film Tosnos. [12]

No official release date for Eid 2026 has been announced yet.
