Dr. Thomas Graeme (Græme, in some sources; October 20, 1688 – May 23, 1758) was a physician and judge in Pennsylvania who served as a justice of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, assuming office on April 9, 1731,[1] and serving until September 20, 1750.[2]
Born in Balquhidder, Stirling, Scotland.
